Synchronize or resend calls on device with Gmail account

Issue #679 resolved
Rob Peacock created an issue

Dear Sir,

I set up my Samsung S6 to send all calls recorded to a Gmail address I created specifically as a storage facility for this purpose. I also set up that emails are sent only when connected to Wi-Fi.

The system was working as intended, but on May 13th, unknown to me, the email settings changed to OFF and calls from then until today were not emailed.

QUESTION: Is there a way to synchronize or bulk-select the unsent calls or do I have to do this manually?

Thank you for your assistance.

There is no bulk upload for email as it would get your account banned from your provider. Under certain circumstances ACR behave very sensitively and disconnects auto email service. This would happen if the connection to the service being refused by your provider or during low speeds. We are working to make it more stable

I have a similar problem, and I would like to ask kindly for a solution... I find that the gmail sync often doesn't work (without notifying me), leaving me with call recordings on my phone's storage. It would be really great if somehow it would be possible to initiate some sort of 'gentle bulk upload' when these things happen, as I really need to store all my recordings in a folder easily accessible in gmail.

BTW: I have 2 factor authentication on my gmail account, so once a month or so when accessing my email on the web, I need to use sms or the Google authentication app to gain access. Is this what's causing problems for ACR? I have the pro version, by the way.

Acr 22 should be better. Try updating. We cannot enable bulk email of all recordings as it would be put your account under risk as spammer
