still can't delete calls

I am still having trouble delete calls from this program i try rest db and waited but still nothing. can this be fix ? huawei phone m931& also i try to uninstalled and reinstalled still getting the same issue it had work fine before but now it wont work right . i hit rest db n say loading but nothing happens

Please remove ACR, reboot your phone and use another file manager app to delete ACR recording folder on your phone. Then, re install ACR
