How do I delete all calls?

Issue #904 resolved
Nick H. created an issue

To sirs, Thanks for an excellent product. After taking some configuring it to work correctly, I've had no significant issues for over a year.

How do I delete the entire call history? Repopulate from Filesystem doesn't seem to accomplish this. I have tried it two to three times, rebooted the phone, disabled recording, reenabled recording, etc.

I'm running the licensed version of ACR. Where is the version number hiding? LOL.

I'm running out of space. I backed up all 780 Mb and deleted them from the phone's memory using my laptop connection.

Thanks in advance. Nick

Pretty useless and non-responsive reply. Does this guy work for this company? Is this the job he's supposed to be doing? If so, fire him

What is useless? Explanation is clear "You can tap on a contact image and then use select all icon at the top" What was the issue?

I am quite computer savvy and did not quite understand the instruction at first.

For me “tap an a contact image” would select that particular contact’s conversation and selecting all would then delete all the conversations for the selected contact. This was not what I was trying to achieve. However after searching in vain for a method to delete all conversations I tried selected one (can be random) conversation and then selected all (the small square icon} which then selects all conversations, not only for the selected contact. Delete then deletes all the conversations - solved!!
