A important call was made and acr was recording it, after the call ended, ACR did not stop recording and had to be stopped manually. Now in the call recording list, there's a file with no time duration with size 90.3kb (actual call duration around 18-20mins with default acr settings). I guess this is kind of a temporary file. How do I retrieve the original call recording? ACR was working fine after and before this particular call.
