Forms Don't escape enters

Forms don't escape enters. So the .csv files that are generated think a new entry starts. Please fix

Values are not escaped, but wrapped in quotes, as per CSV tradition.

I've tested the resulting exported CSV files in an up-to-date version of Excel, where they work. (Mind you, only if you just open the csv file; they break when you try to use the import data wizard thing that is apparently awfully broken) I've also tested them with Incass-o-matic, where they load as expected.

So yeah, I can't replicate the problem.
