PhotoCee: 'add photos' folder picker is sorted old-to-new.

1. What happened? For the PhotoCee, the folder picker on the 'add photos' page is sorted old-to-new, yet photos to be uploaded are more likely to be new than old.

2. What did you expect? I expected them to be reverse-sorted.

3. Suggested solution? Reverse-sort them.
