Automated attendee registration

Now, the Commissioner of Internal Affairs has to manually ask every committee how many people attended their activity. All events are registered in the agenda on the website. The website could ask a committee a day after an activity to enter the number of attending cover members somewhere on the website. This would greatly help the commissioner.
