Placeholders in emails are not parsed

The [NAME] placeholder is split over two lines. The lines are split due to the quoted-printable encoding of the HTML message.

    Should be resolved when I started using the include/email.php lib for all email parsing in the cron/send-mailinglist-mail.php script.
