Hide birthdays of people who made their name and/or birthdate private

Why do we allow people to hide their names anyway?

Because they don't want to be found in Google, I suppose. I would also find it odd if Bol.com would publish my name just because I want to buy books at a discount.

Only show birthdays to people who are allowed to see both your name and your birth date. This fixes #51.
