Ability to crop almanac picture during upload

For all parties involved it's beneficial to allow the user to crop his/her picture during the almanac photo update process: - For the AC/DCee because we won't have to decode the Base64 attachment and crop it manually - For the YearBookCee because they will have an easier time placing all the pictures already in standard format - For the user because they can directly decide how to crop their picture

An existing JS crop lib is probably easiest to implement in the existing process.
