Author dropdown in forum does not display right authors. Sometimes, it displays only your name. Sometimes, it displays your name and all committees.

Correct. If you are board or AC/DCee you are allowed to post as anyone (… why?) however, the ACL rules for forums are taken into account so that list is filtered down again. So for example, as AC/DCee you can only post as yourself or as Board in the Board committee forum.

But I suppose it wouldn't hurt to remove the admin functionality (listing all committees) since I can't really think of a use case where this would be relevant, or in which case it would be too much effort for an AC/DCee member to just alter it in the database by hand.

That's not what I mean. I mean that I can only post a poll as myself or the ac/dcee, and in the gossip corner only as myself, but in the "Cover" subforum as any! committee. Like this: poll.png

I've removed the 'post as any committee' functionality for admins (because there are better ways of achieving this). The oddness of being only to post as yourself in the Gossip Corner while you can post as a committee in some other forms should be solved once I've implemented the interface for changing forum permissions again.
