The vCard download gives an empty no access message for people other than yourself.

Found it. This is indeed a bug which causes you to only allow you to download your own vcard. That makes this function a bit useless.

The vcard function isnt of much use if you can only export your own vcard...

This fixes issue ~~#68~~.
