Link calendar items to Facebook

And while working on tighter intervention with Facebook, let's add a field for events to enter a Facebook even URL. We can use it to display who's attending and have more promotion for the events.

Or maybe decouple the attending part from Facebook (or sync it?) Then we can use the website as a sort of subscribe method. Well, this may be a bit ambitious.
