Slightly prefer local photos on Sticker map slide

Make the stickermap choose random fotos weighted by distance from zernike on a logarithmic scale, to have more variety without making local pictures incredibly uncommon.

Ideally this would happen automatically as there are more stickers in Groningen than anywhere else, but, most stickers that are photographed are on interesting & significant locations. (Which apparently Groningen is not.)

I don't think this idea was about the slide… We removed that slide about 9 months ago. I'm not really sure what the submitter intended with this idea :S
