Create - Publish - The Features on Create menu ( Note, Fields at Identify.., Add categories )

After Logging in the AUT, clicking on the Create redirects to a page ( This is your personal workspace )

If you don't press the publish button:

1. Typing anything to the note won't be saved after refreshing the page.
2. Typing anything to the Identify the skills you used won't be saved after refreshing the page.
3. Adding new category -es to the List them under categories.. won't be saved after refreshing the page.

Note: Tested on: Ubuntu Chromium 1 - fail 2 - fail 3 -fail Ubuntu Mozilla 1- fail 2- fail 3- fail Windows Chrome 1- fail 2- fail 3- fail Windows Internet explorer 2- fail 3-fail 1 ( Can't even type in anything )

Note: After pressing the Publish button, everything will be saved, even if you unpublish it (everything works as expected)
