Dynamic number of criteria

At the moment the number of criteria is a hardcode (3 for testing) , though only non-empty criteria are used.

Can the number of criteria be dynamic (though javascript modifying the form where criteria are specified)? This does imply that once grades are provided by peers the criteria get locked.

The rational is the interface gets long and cluttered with multiple criteria. Or maybe present the criteria in a better way?
