'Export all group grades' file does not include penalty results

Hi, there is a bug related to ‘Export all group grades' function. If teacher changes the penalty of students with no submissions from 0 to a number after giving group marks in each group, the final marks are calculated with penalty. The final marks on the webpage are updated with penalty automatically.

However, when clicking 'Export all group grades' button, the final grades in the downloaded Excel do not involve the influences of penalty. As can be seen from the screen shot below, the first and third students’ final grades should get 10% penalty. But the final grades are not penalized.

But, if the penalty is set up before students give peer assessment submissions, the final marks in 'Export all group grades' Excel sheet are calculated with the influence of penalty. As can be seen from the screen shot below, the first and third students’ final grades should get 10% penalty. But the final grades are penalized.
