Toggle expands/collapses entire section in Moodle core topics course format

When a toggle activity is placed in a course using the core topics format and the toggle activity is clicked, the entire parent section collapses and has to be re-expanded to view the expanded toggle resource.

It looks like this bug is due to the data-toggle=”collapse” element being applied on both and therefore calling the core Bootstrap collapse.js. Selector targeting needs to be applied for nested toggle resources inside the topics collapsible section.
