Toggle heading widths determined by content in collapsed section

First, thanks for picking up development on this plugin.

I'm not sure if this is a bug per se or expected behaviour, but in screen 1 all of the headings but 1 fill out the width of the content area.

Screen 2 shows that the cause is that the width of the content in the toggled area drives the header width.

It would be so much more visually pleasing if the headings were all a consistent width. I've messed around with this for hours and the only thing that has worked so far is to use before or after pseudo css to insert enough content to push the width and then hide that content.

Hopefully something more elegant will occur to you folks. My experience with Moodle development is fairly thin.
