Improve Messaging (top icon)

The original intention of the "messages" box top right of the theme was for messages between users, currently it is picking up a range of other messages we do not want to present to users.

If we are able to filter that it would be an improvement.

I think we can filter them in Plugins>Message outputs>Default message outputs. Cannot we?

It would be good if we could but without a specific messaging plugin for the theme you cannot control the output specifically for the theme. For now I will try and improve the query that fetches them.
