Centralise Text on Alert

I just put the alert icon back to "lg" as "2x" looks odd as the text is aligned to the bottom of the icon. It would be better if the icon was "2x" if the text could be vertically aligned to the centre of the icon. I had a look at this but could not get it to layout properly.

The problem is the <p> tag that moodle adds to the alert text. A simple vertical-align can fix it but we can't add it in the <p> tag automatically.

For the moment we can keep the default size
