External custom CSS file

Issue #262 resolved

My custom CSS list has become pretty long so that it doesn't fit into the dedicated backend field. In fact every time I need a new CSS style I add it to a file and then paste its content into the backend.

It'd be much more convenient if I could just append this file to the theme CSS styles. Probably it could be made if I worked with a child theme that we discussed with Fernando so that user's custom CSS styles wouldn't interfere with main theme updates.

Anyway even with a perfect theme I cannot avoid having my own style list as I use them in specific teacher's content.

You do not need to create any CSS file. Just add your styles in the Custom CSS & JS section and will be applied after the theme styles.
