Add option to disable search / social for longer titles

Add option to disable both social and title freeing up more space for titles.

This is the same question for the dropdown menu.

The title length depends of many variables: screen size, screen resolution, font, font size, font type, ...

I don't think social icons can be the problem. In fact, I think the problem is show the course title in the header using the same title font. Maybe is better to move the title above or below the breadcrumb.
