Colour pickers for navbar

We also need colour pickers for the main navigation bar so we can set background and font colour (including the fa icons).

The drop down for links on things like "tools", "this course" should remain white bg with dark font, see screen shot below:

Done now. Also added menu border bottom color setting as it was static and looked odd once the menu was changed.
