Header menu font-size increment is too rough

I think that the choice of 10-15-20px for header menus font-size that we can specify in the theme settings now is not fine enough to get a nice look. I would change the dropdown list in the settings for a text field with a default value and some instructive comments.

Also I think that it would be enough to specify just one font-size for the whole top part of the header that includes 'messages', top-menus and the user menu; and one font-size for the navbar menus. And if the user sets a font-size for a menu then this setting affects the styling of dropped down items as well.
