navbar bottom border setting not applied

Changing navbar bottom border color does not seem to be applied. The setting menubordercolor applies to the bottom of the navbar and should be applied to #navwrap

Settings that do not seem to apply are navbarborder and navbarhover. It maybe better to remov the navbarborder color entirely.
