Top menus not generating properly

There is an issue with the loop with top menus generating the wrong css properties which do not match the number of the item in the loop for example "newmenu14" can be seen in output for tenth menu.
This breaks mobile view.

Will replace this method by rendering links in overlay

This is caused by a legacy issue whereby class numbers in bcu did not match and newmeny is +4 in the code.
This wont be fixed, instead a new method of rendering these links in an overlay will be used, whcich will also resolve issues with menu display on mobile.
