Disable messages and add link under profile

I just read a post on Moodle.Org and wondered if it would be worth adding option to disable messages dropdown top left and another option to enable a link to messages under the users profile.

This would be more consistent with other themes / core Moodle.

Following this we could add an option to left align the upper menus.

I think this would be simple to do and make the theme more flexible.

The messages in the top is one of the BCU/Adaptable unique features. So not sure if change the location is a good decision.

I will add a setting:

• display in the top bar
• display in the menu
• no display (and the admin should add the link manually in other menu or link)
