Languages menu label

Jeremy Hopkins created an issue

I created a new language menu beside the Login button. It uses only the 2-character codification and looks more standard. Moodle has a problem with the language labels. Just add "Spanish International" to the lang menu and you will see what I mean. (See attachment)
