Docking blocks with transparent background

When docking blocks, the main content is displayed with transparent background.

This is a regression in the .blocks class in the last version when resetting the default BS styles.

We didn't get a transparent background for main content, but we did get transparent header. PR14 (https://bitbucket.org/covuni/moodle-theme_adaptable/pull-requests/14/fix-docked-block-styling/diff) fixes what we've seen, and tries to apply basically the same styling to docked blocks as is applied to normal blocks.

I don't think a really good solution is possible without changes to the dock rendering.

Thanks for your contribution. We were working in a solution for the docking blocks and the transparent background and header are already fixed but not pushed to BB.

Probably next week will do it and then you could verify if works or not.
