block region builder settings doesn't appear

There is a problem with the Adaptable theme in my Moodle site, i'm using the latest version downloaded here. When I try to setup any config that uses layout builder even if I save the changes for block regions the text boxes for writing the content of those boxes are not displayed as you can see in the image bellow. I also already tried to reinstall the theme.

The problem seems to happen when I try to change the theme configuration when the theme is not activated yet. After activating it all the missing fields showed up.
