In RTL language, elements not in the right place

Hi. I use Moodle 3.1.2 (Build:20160912) in RTL language and installe theme_adaptable_moodle31_2016100300(ver.1.2.4.1) but some elements are not in the right place. For exam: Logo is in middle of the header so logo displayed on Header Social in mobile device or tablet device.

    Adaptable has not been deeply tested in RTL languages. Only smoke tests.

    RTL is not in the forthcoming features.
