Color options for header

Currently the colour of the "messages" and "logged" in links are not configurable. This presents a problem if you alter the background colour, thus we need a new specific colour setting for this.

It would also be worth splitting the font and bg colours above and below the dividing line in th header meaining we would want four additional colour settings as shown in screen shot below.

Note: This setting should also apply to the new menu requested in issue #4
