Problems with track unread messages

The system show almost 1 unread message to all types of members of our moodle: Students, admin, manager and teachers but when you get in message's section it's empty.

I tried a lot of things. I have been reading into the database but i can't see anything strange.

I need help because our students are asking about that and we don't know what to say.
