Site Title Alignment when Logged Out

When Logged Out the site title is not in the correct position.

This will affect anyone choosing to display site title on the front page along with an image as users can see this page without being logged in.

I am guessing this bug was introduced when other changes were made to hide menus etc from non logged in users.
