Possible Bug on "Turn Editing on" block on top from course

Hello,

When i try clic on block "Turn Editing On", on Ubuntu 16.10 using google chrome, return that error and don't active it.

This is a jQuery syntax error not related directly with adaptable even we suspect is breaking some components.

Anyway, the button works well and we never detected any issue related to it.
