Jeremy Hopkins created an issue 2017-03-30

The "logged in as x user" message has been converted to use our bootstrap alerts. This is dismissable but due to the way keys work once dismissed it will never re-appear. This needs changing so that this alert cannot be dismissed.

Partially Fix ~~#647~~ - stops error message to ajax call appearing when dismissing alerts.

Needs more work / checks in renderer, should set "undismissable" by default.

Fix ~~#647~~ and ~~#805~~. Logged in as now ignores status of enable alerts on or off. Also logged in as alert is now non-dismissable by removing x icon.
