Fix Navbar Menus on Mobile

On Moodle 3.2 it appears that the drop down links for “My Courses” and “This Course” are not working properly (not expanding). We would like this issue rectified.

On my install (mdl 3.2.2+) the dropdown is working. There could be some JS from another plugin causing an issue. Is there an online test site where I can see it failing?
