New Renderer - Improve Course Section Display and Navigation

A new renderer is required for course sections when set to display "one section per page".

1) Remove Upper Previous Next Navigation

The core Moodle renderer for previous / next navigation when displaying “one section per page” render controls both above and below the section content. As we wish to move to a more prominent style the upper navigation highlighted in yellow in the screen shot below will need to be removed:

2) Behaviour of “Jump to” with Long Section Titles

The proposed renderer for previous / next will better handle overly long section names by presenting titles on multiple lines with the jump menu below as shown in the images below:

3) Required Options / Theme Settings for new renderer:

• Fontawesome icon left
• Fontawesome icon right
• Colour icons left and right
• Colour “Previous / Next” text
• Colour Topic titles
