Since merging in changes for sticky navbar and links menu I noticed that the show / hide blocks and full screen toggles were not working:

It does work on my end. Could you try cleaning your Moodle cache and doing a hard reload in your browser? And if it still fails could you post the contents of the Chrome Javascript Console?

Hi Bas,
I had previously cleared caches in browser and purged caches in Moodle but could not clear the issue. I just deleted my local install and pulled it fresh from our GIT repo and it is ok now so I will close this issue.

Seems to be ok in current master, no one else can replicate.

I am actually getting this issue with the adaptable theme version 1.3.3.1 (2017052200) on our Moodle 3.1.6 (Build: 20170508). This was not an issue on the previous version of adaptable we had even though it says this version actually fixes that problem. I have heard it can be to do with external plugins but quite honestly I have no idea where to start as to what type of plugins are causing the issue. Is there any other code change to fix this or is there a way to show or hide blocks within the address bar?
