New Icon Pack and Admin Role

If you want to make settings as an administrator "Admin User's role assignments", then no icons are displayed. The URL is for example MOODLE-ROOT/admin/roles/usersroles.php?userid=2&courseid=1

As an administrator, the icon paths are created incorrectly. MOODLE-ROOT/theme/image.php/adaptable/Edit/1496926095/t/edit or MOODLE-ROOT/theme/image.php/adaptable/Check%20permissions/1496926095/t/preview Typically, it should be the URL as follows MOODLE-ROOT/theme/image.php/adaptable/core/1496926095/t/edit or MOODLE-ROOT/theme/image.php/adaptable/core/1496926095/t/preview

Can it be that the administrator is interpreted as a module icon?

It seems like a Moodle core problem, because even with the current Moodle version and the Boost theme the administrator icons are not displayed correctly.

It is not an Adaptable issue because can be replicated in Clean.

Moodle goes to look for the icon in the theme and themes usually don't have this icon included.

Please, open an issue in the Moodle Tracker.
