Breadcrumb trasnparent background not applied

Info 3bits created an issue

If you enter transparent as a colour for the breadcrumb it is not displayed.

Adaptable shows the default BS grey because it uses #page-navbar instead .breadcrumb.

Remove #page-navbar and clean the CCS code for breadcrumb because is duplicated in adaptable.css
