Add Option to Hide Site Title in Course Pages

A long standing complaint from our users is the size / depth of the header.

We should add an option in the settings to "hide site title on course pages" The default setting should be "no" so that by default the header will show as it does now sitewide.

This would mean in course pages we would not show the header section containing the logo, course title and search box (social icons).

Only the front pages would show the logo etc, course pages would look like the image below.

Looking at this screen shot the module name appears below navbar. I think that would need to be a separate setting "show course title below navbar"

• disabled = default
• course shortname
• course fullname

Note, setting for "show course title below navbar" not added yet as a module name doesn't currently appear anyway. Tested on 3.2 and 3.3.
