Add Support for Global Search

Moodle 3.1 introduced a Global Search feature:

I believe the Boost theme has support for this. Currently Adaptable search (if enabled instead of social icons) points to the course search page.

We should look how this has been implemented in Boost and add an option to use global search from the search box in Adaptable

The code is located in the Global Search block located in /blocks

Anyway, it would need a setting to select the search method used or hide the search box.
