Improve Events Settings

Currently you can enable / disable events in the navbar. This checbox should be replaced with a select:

• Disabled
• Default View (current url /calendar/view.php)
• Calendar View (additional url option /calendar/view.php?view=month)

The purpose is to be able to load the calendar in different views, either the default or a calendar view showing the current month.
