Move colour pickers to bottom of Alert Box Settings

Colour pickers for "Alert Box" are in the middle of the admin page. This is a nuisance as once set colours are not changed again by admin but the alert messages themselves can be used quite frequently.

It would therefore be better if the colour pickers were at the bottom of the page below more frequently used settings.
