Remove Cancel button in top navbar in settings pages

The cancel button is useless and displayed out pf the screen when docking blocks.
Best option is remove it from the top navbar

As per #839 the issue with docking blocks will be resolved.

Personally I disagree. However I will look at the behaviour when docking blocks. I think it is useful, especially with a long settings page and having to scroll to the bottom to save the settings.
