Cancel Button in Forum

Jeremy Hopkins created an issue

The cancel button when making new forum posts is not styled properly. This screen shot was taken from site announcements, not a regular forum in a course page:

    The 'Cancel ' button located in the forums is correct because is using the new usability style.

    Added the 'Reset' button located in assignments that still using the old button style
