Add margin settings for buttons

We should be able to control whether buttons have a drop shadow on buttons. We prefer no drop shadow but others may wish to retain it.

There are already comprehensive settings for buttons so it would make sense to add this as an option rather than force the default in the theme.

For reference the image below shows a flat button with no drop shadow on cancel vs the blue submit button which does have a drop shadow.
