Help Link Target Broken

Jeremy Hopkins created an issue

When you add a "Help" link to the Navbar it is possible to select whether you want it to open in a new window or the same window.

It appears the tags are broken for this as on hover we see the following appended to the URL:

  • target="_blank
  • target="_self
